TERMS OF USE
Rules for using the Dixe portals.
Effective September 11, 2026. These terms govern use of portals operated by Dixe Group Inc., Ontario, Canada. A signed service, project, tutoring or transaction agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Portal role
Dixe provides information, intake, qualification, introductions and administrative support. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Dixe is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, carrier, insurer, customs broker, engineer, public authority, employer or guarantor of a transaction or award.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information; have authority to submit it; respect confidentiality, intellectual-property and source restrictions; independently verify counterparties, specifications, sanctions, eligibility, prices, taxes and legal requirements; and use the portals lawfully. You may not probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape contrary to instructions, impersonate others, bypass access controls or submit another party’s confidential information without authorization.
Controlled documents and payments
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase, award or engagement. Controlled documents are released only after applicable authority, eligibility, confidentiality, sanctions, buyer-rule and fee review. A payment is due only under a written Dixe request tied to a verified reference, deliverable, currency and price. Never send money to an individual’s personal account based only on an email or message; verify changed banking instructions using a previously trusted contact method.
Third parties
External websites, Microsoft Teams, PayPal, Wise and other providers operate under their own terms, availability and security practices. A link or introduction is not an endorsement or warranty. Users remain responsible for keeping original records and suitable backups.
Confidentiality and security events
Dixe applies reasonable safeguards but no system is immune from cyberattack, interception, error or outage. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access and cooperate with reasonable containment steps. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable privacy-breach duties.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the portals and general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, accuracy, commercial outcome, supplier performance, award or fitness for a particular purpose. Dixe is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or third-party acts. Any enforceable monetary limitation must be stated in the applicable signed commercial agreement and remains subject to mandatory law.
Suspension, governing law and contact
Dixe may suspend access or withhold release where security, authority, legality, sanctions, fraud or payment concerns exist. These website terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, without overriding mandatory rights in another jurisdiction. Contact legal@dixegroup.com.
