PRIVACY NOTICE
How Dixe Group handles information.
Effective September 11, 2026. This notice applies to the Dixe Group, Dixe Tenders, Dixe Oils, Dixe Industrial, RFQ Desk and Dixe Tutoring Academy portals operated by Dixe Group Inc., Ontario, Canada.
Information we collect
We collect information submitted through our portals, including names, business contact details, organization, country, sector, requirements, scheduling preferences and inquiry references. When a qualified transaction proceeds, payment providers process payment and banking information under their own notices. We do not ask users to place passwords, full bank credentials or government identification in general inquiry forms.
Purposes and consent
We use information to answer inquiries; assess eligibility and commercial fit; match buyers, suppliers, students or teachers; administer sessions and transactions; prevent fraud; protect the portals; meet legal obligations; and maintain business records. Marketing communications require an appropriate lawful basis or consent and include an unsubscribe method where required.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by hosting, email, communications, payment, banking, security and professional-service providers, including providers operating outside Canada. Information can therefore be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. We provide only the information reasonably required for each service.
Safeguards and retention
We use access controls, encrypted connections, controlled payment amounts, server-side validation, logging, backups and incident procedures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute handling and security, then delete or anonymize them where practical.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to an authorized counterparty or service provider for a requested service; to advisers and insurers; to prevent fraud or harm; or when required by law. Confidential specifications, RFQs and prices are not authorized for public distribution merely because they are submitted to Dixe.
Your choices and rights
You may request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask a privacy question by emailing privacy@dixegroup.com. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide a requested service. We may verify identity before responding.
Incidents and updates
We assess suspected privacy breaches, keep required records, and notify affected people and regulators when applicable law requires it. We may update this notice; the effective date identifies the current version.
